I stayed in room 207 for three weeks. For just a few days, this average hotel is fine, and the customer service was good. The owner was nice when I told him I’d seen two small cockroaches, thankfully no big ones, and he contacted pest control. The lobby has an odd smell, and the curtains had two holes that looked like cigarette burns. The key cards can act up if you keep them in your pocket or near your phone. I noticed they were renovating two downstairs rooms, including room 118, so maybe things will improve. They need more regular pest control and remodeling.

The room was clean and nice, and the office staff were great. But the bed felt like sleeping on the floor, and the water pressure was really low.

The room was ready when I checked in, and it was spotless with no bad odors. The exterior was clean and quiet too. Customer service made a great first impression, and I’m here to relax in the jetted tub, so I’m getting what I came for. It feels fairly new, though I don’t know how long it’s been here. There are lots of places to eat and get drinks nearby. I can see this becoming my go-to spot when I need to unwind.

We’ve been staying here for a while, and my family and I think it’s awesome. It’s clean inside and out, the beds are great, and the front desk staff are really kind. Having a full kitchenette is a nice bonus too. I’d give this hotel a 10.
