We noticed cockroaches and had only been there for an hour. Our clothes were clean and we’d showered, so we knew they weren’t coming from us. I checked Google, and what people say there is true. The front door guy was rude, and he wouldn’t return the full security deposit.

I was nervous after reading the reviews, but the stay turned out better than I expected. The front desk guy was really nice. The room was small, though at that price I can’t complain, and I didn’t see any bugs.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but what happened was upsetting. A few days ago, my girlfriend and I came to rent a room on a weekday around 12:30 pm. While I waited by the entrance to be helped, a woman I believe was an older cleaner stared me up and down from a distance and wouldn’t look away. I said good afternoon. She seemed to assume I didn’t speak Spanish and immediately started cursing at me. She was rude, judgmental, and unprofessional. We decided not to rent a room because of how she treated us and how she judged us as a same-sex couple. I hope the manager talks with her so this doesn’t happen to another couple. To the woman: keep your personal opinions at home. You’re there to work and earn money, not to make your manager lose customers now or in the future. Thank you : )

The room was awful. There were roaches, the bathroom would turn on by itself, and the bed was too hard and uncomfortable, with a noisy mattress.
