Affordable and really clean, with nice rooms and bathrooms. It comes with everything you need, and breakfast was good, especially the muffins. I'd recommend it.

The rooms have no temperature controls, just two small, cheap table fans that barely move air, so you can't choose how hot or cold it gets. The kitchenette is basically a small fridge that doesn't work, a microwave that's too tall for the setup, and a few knickknacks. The shower and toilet are squeezed together too. Finding the place at night is difficult, even with the lights they've hung for parking. The lot is small, inconvenient, and far from the rooms. The owners live there, and at 11:30 p.m. they called to check whether there was a cigarette smell, though nobody had been smoking inside the building. If you're dealing with an emergency, this should be your very last option.

The owners give you privacy and don't hover, though they're around when you need something. They work hard to keep the property and the clean, well-stocked rooms in good shape. The rooms and bathrooms are private and quiet. It's a good family-run place to support if you need somewhere to stay. It feels like home if you're used to the country, or a getaway if you're used to the city.

There are only about six rooms, and the place was super clean. The host came out to meet us and show us around, and offered to introduce us to the ducks and chickens, but our little sonny was ready for bed. He was nervous about sleeping in a strange bed until he spotted the snacks in the room, then he was delighted. The dining area had games and a few toys, and in the morning there was a light breakfast with fresh-baked muffins. You can also order a large home-cooked breakfast for an extra $15. There are beautiful patios and some campsites for summer. They really go above and beyond for a night's stay, and I'd love to return in the summer sometime.
