We were traveling through Hurricane, UT with our pets and stayed one night at My Place Hotel. The room was roomy and comfortable, with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, a small table, microwave and a little sink with a garbage disposal. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and its central location put several dining options nearby. A computer cliche caused an error when we booked, so we called the hotel to fix it. Dara corrected our check-in date and was cordial, helpful and informative throughout. I’d highly recommend considering this hotel, especially if you’re traveling with pets.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and well maintained, but the front desk service is what made my stay stand out. Dana welcomed me warmly and was professional and genuinely kind. She made check-in easy, patiently answered all my questions and went out of her way to make sure I felt looked after. It’s rare to meet someone who cares so much about the guest experience. Dana’s positive attitude and attention to detail made a real difference. If management sees this, she’s a major asset to the team. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Dara made us feel like we’d found a new best friend in Hurricane from the moment we checked in. Our room was very clean, the bed was really comfortable, and having a pet-friendly place was a big plus. She made the stay so good, five out of five from me!

The property stayed quiet, clean and very comfortable throughout our visit to My Place Hotel in Hurricane, Utah. Dara at the front desk really stood out. She introduced herself, asked our names and made us feel genuinely valued as guests. Her warm, friendly manner set a lovely tone for the stay.
