The location is convenient for highways and main roads, but far enough away that traffic noise wasn't an issue. There are some decent restaurants and other food spots nearby, too. Our room was comfortable and unusually quiet for a Hilton brand hotel we've stayed at. Maybe that was because it was a weekday while kids were in school, but it was a relief. The fitness room had plenty of equipment, though no towels. At night, parking lot and area lights came through the windows and made the room bright. A shade covering the whole window would help. I'd also like a top floor reserved for adults or quiet older teens, since loud families, kids, and pets can disrupt other guests. I wonder whether pet messes really get scrubbed clean. Still, we were quite pleased.

The carpet made the room stink, the walls were scuffed, and one elevator was out of order. The hotel needs a serious refresh. Breakfast was hospital-grade, so I wouldn't recommend staying here unless it's your last option.

Emily at the front desk was a big help when I needed assistance. The property was well maintained, and my room looked newly remodeled and clean. Breakfast was pretty standard, with both protein and carb options. The AC was a little loud at night, but I was happy with my stay.

The pool was a highlight. It was open around the clock, fairly large, spotless, and just the right temperature. The outdoor patio was a nice place to relax, and breakfast had plenty of choices. We also loved the cookies at the desk and the fabulous customer service. Our spacious, very clean suite had extra seating, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. We stayed four nights with our family of four, including a teenager, while visiting family in the spring. We've tried several places in the DFW area, and this has been our favorite so far. The location was convenient, with restaurants and shopping just a few blocks away. We'll definitely stay again.

I usually bring a night light when we travel, but rushed out without one this time. I was glad to find the bathroom outlet had a night-light feature. The hotel really thought of everything. Our room was clean, quiet, and cozy, with no issues, and the parking lot felt safe. The beds were comfortable even for us, as large people, and the pillows were among the best we've had at a hotel. Our room was ready when I arrived. We appreciated the daily baked cookies and coffee, and breakfast was good. Great location. We'll be back!
