The location was great, and it was affordable. The indoor pool was great too, and the fridge and freezer were a big plus. When we arrived, though, the floor wasn't clean, the sheets were old, and there was no microwave in the room. Coffee was available in the lobby. Thanks to the staff for shipping back a device I'd left in the room.

I only needed a bed for a few hours after arriving at 1 a.m., before catching the first ferry in the morning. It was cheap and right by the bus stop, but at $122 I still expected it to be a little nicer. The staff were nice, yet the room smelled like pee and the blanket had a stain. There were people passed out drunk outside, and I had to step over someone to reach my room. I'd spend a bit more for another hotel.

I felt comfortable here, and the room was really clean and very spacious. It's a little dated, but for the price it's a great option. The location in Hyannis is great too. I'd recommend it if you're trying to keep your stay budget friendly.

The water turned brown-red overnight and stayed that way even after we ran it for more than 20 minutes. We saw dirty water in both the toilet and sink, and it left obvious residue in the bathroom basins. We couldn't shower, wash our faces, or brush our teeth. When we raised it, the employee we spoke with was rude and indifferent, didn't apologize or offer a solution, and said it wasn't his problem. He blamed city construction and told us to take it up with the city, though we paid the hotel, not the city. I had to ask for a refund. He first said he could take half off, then refused in the lobby and only took $25 off. He handled the whole situation very poorly. If you want clean water, don't stay here.
