The breakfast was a lovely surprise, with real eggs and lots of healthy choices. Everything was labeled, so we knew what was in each warming pan. Staff were friendly and seemed to truly care about making us comfortable. It’s been a long time since we’ve stayed at a Residence Inn this nice: the hotel looks fantastic, the lobby is immaculate, modern, and cozy, and the rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. Congratulations to management. I’m looking forward to coming back and recommending it to family and friends.

The Snake River setting and the spacious fire pit area made it easy to relax, and the pool and hot tub area is large enough for plenty of people. Breakfast was remarkable, with a great selection of tasty items and excellent management. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the beds were wonderful compared with those at many hotels. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. My wife and I loved every part of our stay at this Residence Inn in Idaho Falls. I can see why it won Marriott hotel of the year last year and has received the platinum award for many years. This will be our hotel whenever we visit Idaho Falls.

Especially good for a larger group. The rooms are always clean and clearly looked after. The manager has a great team, and the staff are consistently friendly and go out of their way to help.

The kitchenette in every room means cleaning takes longer, so check-in is later, a bit like an Airbnb. For a family planning a longer visit, it seems like a great Airbnb-style option and a much better value than most Airbnbs. We enjoyed our one-night stay: the location was lovely, the room was great, the staff were very friendly, and we loved the pool and buffet breakfast. We’ll definitely come back.

We’re staying here for about 10 days this year, and it already feels like home. The view is spectacular, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome. It’s the most beautiful Residence Inn I’ve ever visited. Everything is great.
