We spent five days here and stayed in two rooms, Christmas Town and The Dolly. Both had such fun, unusual decorations, and I was still spotting little details on our last day. Getting up to those views from our room and private deck was a dream. Every morning, I was in awe, especially over coffee. The pine-covered grounds were lovely and beautifully kept. We enjoyed the hot tub and cozy fire room, and the clubhouse was a blast. Free arcade play was a huge highlight, and the big-screen TV in the sitting room was great for winding down. Breakfast and fresh coffee each morning were a treat, but the kind staff made the stay feel especially special. I highly recommend Hicksville pines Bud and Breakfast. Go make a reservation, you won't be disappointed!

I couldn’t be there for my son’s birthday, so I really appreciate how warmly Michelle and Kim treated him. I rented a room as his birthday gift, and they went ABOVE & BEYOND to make it special. He and his gf loved everything about the place, had THE BEST time, and now want to come back and see every room. It was comfortable and beautiful, with so many cool things to look at. Everyone should visit! Thank you SO much ❤️

This place is too cool. We stayed in the honeymoon suite, which was done up perfectly, with mirrored ceilings and walls, all red furniture, and a heart-shaped tub. Hysterically classic! The setting in the pines and the whole atmosphere were awesome. I was surprised by everything there: the rec room, classic video games, pinball, jacuzzi, and gazebo. Definitely staying again.

The waffle was the best I’ve ever had, I’d come back just for that! We loved our stay and WILL be back. The themed rooms and all the on-site activities were great, including the hot tub, arcade room, enclosed fire pit, and rec room. 100/10 ✨️ Definitely worth the drive and any amount they charge!

I stayed in the Haunted Mansion, decorated for the season around Tim Burton's A Nightmare before Christmas, and absolutely loved this place in the charming little village of Iddlywild-Pine Cove. Michelle, the on-site host, was amazing. She showed me around the property and made delicious vegan breakfasts every morning. I also tried the hot tub at night and hung out in the rec room with its juke box, pinball, PacMan and more. I can’t wait to come back and try another room. Haunted Love and Hugs to Ed and Norma too!
