Radisson Suite Hotel Oceanfront

The service was outstanding, and the room was clean, which was my priority. It’s an older hotel and the rooms are dated, but they’re also larger. Our air conditioner was quite loud, so they moved us to another room right away. I loved the balcony and ocean view, and would suggest a corner room for the extra windows. Some things in the room need work, and the shower pressure was great. There’s a restaurant right next door within walking distance. I stayed here before a cruise and would choose it again.

The beach access is easy, and the view from the fourth floor was great. We had a family suite with a king bed, bunks, and a sofa bed, and all the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was good; I did have to fiddle with the shower nozzle to get the water as hot as I like, scalding, haha. Brian at the front desk was wonderful, professional and kind. The hotel is older but updated, and they’re refurbishing the other half right now. We didn’t hear construction during our one-night stay on the way to Disney. We didn’t use the food service or pool. We’d definitely stay again. We were so close, so of course we went to the beach!

We had a corner room with a wraparound balcony and loved it. From there we could hear the waves and spot dolphins, Sea Turtles, manatees, rabbits, hark carrying fish, and pelicans. The rooms were spacious apart from the kitchen and mini bar area, and both the room and bathroom were clean. The bed was alittle sweaty 😈. Check-in and the hotel staff were friendly, and the bartender at the bar near the pool was nice. The drinks were okay, the pool was nice, and there was no Spa 😢. A good place for strong drinks n cheap.. keywest bar. Looking forward ro going back.

We’ve stayed at this hotel year after year and love the location and our full suite facing the ocean, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows in both rooms. Our favorite restaurant is within a mile’s drive, and there’s shopping nearby. We love hearing the waves all the time, relaxing on the balcony to watch the sunrise, and seeing the flashlight people beachcombing at night. But watch out. This year we accidentally left two jackets in the room after checkout. I know exactly where I left them, so there’s no doubt, and I called the hotel as soon as we noticed they were missing. I gave them the room number and described the jackets. They checked with housekeeping and said nothing had been found. I called again a couple of days later, still with no luck. I know it’s my own fault for leaving them behind, but I’m deeply disappointed that the staff didn’t turn them in to lost and found. It makes me wonder whether they steal jackets, what else they might steal, and what other dishonest things might be going on. It also makes me wonder who they’re hiring.
