Cypress-n-Sun B-3

The only real plus was the patio and its Gulf view. Inside, the condo needs a deep clean and major upgrades, and it isn't at all like the pictures. The kitchen was dirty, with rusty appliances that should all be replaced. There were no curtains throughout, and several blinds in the living and dining area were missing or broken. The sliding door tracks were filthy and cords were everywhere. The hall bathroom had no glass shower doors, just a stained curtain on a tension rod. The master bedroom ceiling fan was broken and the pillows were stained too. There was an Alexa in the unit, which made me uncomfortable, like it could be spying on you. I wouldn't rent this if you have kids, since the residents downstairs will complain. It's not worth the price they're charging.
