Pier House 402

After more than 20 years of staying at different places around the area, Pier House 402 gave us our best experience yet. It’s in a convenient spot in Indian Rocks Beach, close to restaurants and shops, and we loved watching sunsets from the large balcony. The condo was in perfect shape, with incredible interior decorating. We’ll be back!

We’ve visited the Indian Rocks area many times over the years, and Pier House 402 was our most comfortable stay by far. The condo has been completely remodeled and feels like a high-end home, with thoughtful design, nice furnishings, and a very convenient location. The view is beautiful for coffee on the patio in the morning or a cocktail at sunset. The bedrooms and bathrooms were great after a day at the beach, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including brand-new appliances. The living area was comfortable and the TVs were up to date. Outside, parking was easy, the elevators were well kept, and the saltwater pool was excellent. The beach is only steps away, with towels and chairs provided, and it felt like our own little piece of paradise. The new washer and dryer came in handy for a weeklong stay. For our family, the location was ideal, with restaurants, ice cream :) and evening entertainment right across the street. It didn’t feel commercial, and there were no big crowds or loud neighbors.

A small thing that could be better: adding a wifi booster might help the signal reach the balcony. Otherwise, Pier House 402 has all the comforts of home, from its well-stocked kitchen and new appliances to the smart TV and nice furnishings. It was recently renovated, and the location makes it easy to walk to lots of restaurants and services. I could keep listing good things. Looking forward to coming back next year!
