The best part was the well-kept beach and walking around at night to enjoy the sunset. The condo, though, was junky, with chairs falling apart and things needing updates. A bed leg broke on our first day, and there was no grill access. The AC units on the balcony were so loud they drowned out the ocean and my thoughts, and there were too many mosquitos. As of June 2025, this was an active construction site. On the first night, a hostile argument at 2AM woke us up: neighbors shouting, a door banging, dogs barking, things being thrown to the ground floor, and threats to call the cops. We moved into the kitchen for a while to get away from the windows. Maybe our stay was a one-off, but it isn't worth it. I've stayed in about 10 other condos in the area, and this was easily the worst, almost comically bad. I'm more stressed now than when the vacation started and can't wait to go home.

Room 410 was modern and beautifully decorated with a beach feel. The kitchen was lovely, and there was a large TV in every bedroom as well as the living room. We had a beautiful balcony view, and might even see dolphins in the morning. My stay was amazing, so try for room 410 if you get the chance.

We paid a lot for the building's only three-bedroom condo for three families, and it turned into a miserable stay. We arrived sweating in the Florida heat to find the thermostat at 80 degrees. Dirty dishes had been left in the dishwasher without it being run, and the smell was awful. The room kept climbing to 84. The host sent someone the next day, but we were told the major problem couldn't be fixed until Monday. We had a toddler with us, which made the heat especially hard. When we asked if they could speed things up, they wouldn't. They offered two other condos for the night or the rest of the stay, so we moved for one night because we couldn't remain in the original unit. They split us between two rooms, one for two families and one for the last family, without offering compensation or another real alternative. One room seemed to be under construction or maintenance and had no number on the door, so it was hard to find. Both were on the bay side, which was fine but not what we'd paid so much for. On Monday, with no update from the host, we asked what was happening. They replied close to 7 pm that the AC still wasn't repaired and technicians would come Tuesday. A technician arrived Tuesday and said it was an easy fix, then repaired it quickly. We definitely didn't get our money's worth.

My nephew and I stayed here, and we won't be back when we return to the island in September. I've been coming here for about 13 years, so I know what to expect, and this wasn't it. Appliances were broken, the view was crap, and the condo was so sandy that there was sand in the beds. Both shower heads were broken. Even people we rode the elevator with had nothing good to say, so it wasn't just me. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.
