If you like old Florida, this is the place. The building is older and has character, the beach stays uncrowded, and there's great outdoor space. Life moves at a slower pace here, which made it easy to relax by the water and watch beautiful sunsets. We even caught a great sunrise over the bay and inland waterway across the street. Wes was lovely to talk with and took care of what we needed.

We watched the sunset every night, either from the room window over dinner or right on the beach. We even saw dolphins about 15 feet from shore. It was magical. Our family of four had a lovely holiday stay at Sun n Fun. The beachfront spot in Indian Shores is hard to beat, with restaurants and groceries close by. The unit had a fully stocked kitchen, and outside there were comfy beach chairs, kayaks, a BBQ, bikes, and plenty more. Wes is kind and clearly has a lot of passion for the property and its history. We had a small issue with the first room not meeting our standards, but he sorted it out right away.

We had a wonderful Memorial Day weekend and plan to come back. The owners really appreciated having us and made sure we were happy with our stay. It's a quiet spot that feels like your own private beach, so it's a good fit if crowds aren't your thing. The place has a nice old Florida feel and unique accommodations. Thank you for everything.

We loved that this wasn't a huge mega-condo complex, and the beach access was unprecedented. It was just what the two of us needed, and we hope to return one day. The rooms could use updating, sure, but we liked the old-world vibe. The place is right on the beach, and the owners were responsive and friendly. We met one of them, the wife, and I chatted with her husband over text.
