We loved watching dolphins and manatees from the balcony and side view, and the fishing dock was just steps away. This was our third visit to Sea Club, where we like the convenient location, pool, grounds, Management, and people. We used to stay in the tower, but we prefer this unit now. Dolphin's Lookout was gorgeous, immaculate, beautifully decorated, and organized, with the kitchen supplies, towels, and beach towels a couple or small family could need. We didn't use the beach chairs or other beach gear, though they could save other guests from packing or buying those things. The condo and location were beyond beautiful, and we can't recommend it enough. Kristin was wonderful with her help, hospitality, and follow-up. Our six-night stay last week was much-needed and had no negatives for us. Just keep in mind there are about 15+ steps to reach this second-floor unit and no elevator, so it may be difficult for anyone elderly or with mobility or health issues. We can't wait to return. On our last evening in Indian Shores, we even got a picture of a rainbow over the complex, a perfect ending.

Sunrise over the Inter Coastal Waterway was amazing, and we could see dolphins. We also enjoyed daily walks to the beach and beautiful, unique sunsets over the golf each night. Sea Club was well kept and beautiful, and Sea Club Condo #25-Dolphin’s Watch was both beautiful and very clean. Kristin and Linda were outstanding, attentive hosts. We look forward to coming back!

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful condo, with excellent service. Kristin was fantastic to work with and quick to answer any concerns. We’d definitely recommend the place and provider, and would come back. See you next year!

Sea Club condo #13 Coastal Charm was a wonderful place for a relaxing Gulf Coast vacation. The condo was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with top-notch facilities. Its location made it easy to get to the beach and nearby attractions. Kristin, our hostess, went above and beyond to make the stay great. I highly recommend it for an enjoyable Florida getaway.

The location made it easy to enjoy both sides of the water. The beach entrance was less than a city block from our unit, the beach was clean with great shells, and we could walk to restaurants and an ice cream shop. We fished from the dock on the property and watched dolphins from the balcony. In the mornings, we watched the sunrise over the enter coastal waters from our balcony, then caught the Gulf of Mexico sunset in the evening. Our spacious, comfortable unit was quiet, and there was plenty to do on the property. Everyone was friendly, and Kristin, our Agent, was so sweet and kind. She made us feel like family and checked that everything was going well. She also made it possible for us to celebrate my birthday with a boat tour. Captain Greg took us out on Sea n Things on a beautiful day. He has so much energy and talent as a boat tour Captain, and he knows so much about the water and sea life in the Gulf of Mexico. We had the most beautiful, fantastic week with Welcome Y’all Vacation Rentals, and made memories we'll never forget. Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality. Bob & Patty, October 2021
