Aireyana made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and she and the rest of the staff gave us amazing service throughout our stay. Josh was wonderful with my kids and family, making sure everyone had what they needed. He stayed patient and kind even while things were busy. I can’t say enough about the staff. They made it a great stay for me and my family, and I highly recommend this hotel.

The pool was a bit too cool for us, even though staff tried to warm it up, so we decided to get out. Everything else was great. The hotel was clean and well cared for, our room was just right, and the beds were really comfortable. My whole family enjoyed staying here, especially the amazing free breakfast. Everyone was accommodating and very friendly, particularly Jordan at the front desk. We’d definitely come back.

We stopped here for one night on our drive north from Atlanta and had a great stay. The room was quiet and very clean, with blackout blinds that worked especially well, which is a big plus for us. Breakfast was free, warm, fresh, and delicious, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. We’ll be back.

I’ve spent more than 70 days at Hilton hotels last year and about 25 days so far this year, but I haven’t had customer service like Jordan Lopez’s before. Mr Lopez is always respectful and a pleasure to talk to, and he checks in to see how things are going. The way he treats guests should be the standard. I’ll keep coming back to this hotel while I’m here for work over the next several months, thanks to him.
