I’ve never had anything negative to say about this place. My family member lives here, and I’ve visited many times. The residents are kind and neighborly, and the staff do a wonderful job looking after the buildings and grounds. Last time I visited was Jan. 11 of 2026, when my sister-in-law, who lives there with her kids, hosted a birthday celebration for my mother in the community hall. We had a great time. Our family has also celebrated my nephew’s and niece’s birthdays there before, and we always have a blast. The hall has a full-size kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer for cold drinks and ice cream, collapsible indoor/outdoor tables and chairs, outdoor gas grills, and a large patio with plenty of tables and chairs. There’s a large sixty-sevetnty something inch TV and two bathrooms inside. A separate attached room has an intimate library, soda vending machine, and two pool tables. The whole area, bathrooms included, is always clean. I can’t speak to room rentals or the service side of the place, since I haven’t used either.

We feel safe every time we stay, and the utility connections are always available and working as expected. The location and quality have been consistent, with no surprises. The staff are professional and accommodating, and we had a wonderful stay. We’ve come back before and will again. Great customer service!

The newer RV sites are decent, but the older ones are bad. A lot of the permanent properties are in disrepair.

The only real advantages were the location and the 24-hour locked gates. We spent four nights here last week, paying over $100 a night, and it was a letdown. I’ve stayed in much nicer RV parks for $60; without the location, I don’t think this place would get that much from short-term visitors. The park looked worn down and tired. We were at site 104, next to site 103, where there was garage and broken boxes under an old trailer. At least the neighbors were quiet. One bathroom near the garbage area had a blood splat on the wall that stayed there for several days. The other bathrooms and laundry rooms were dirty and smelled bad too.

We love staying here and feel right at home with our little pup. We come several times a year, often for extended stays, and this visit lasted 32 days. It’s clean and secure, and we’ll always recommend it. The pools and spas are clean, the laundry facilities are clean and working, and we even love the grounds keepers!!!
