Woodspring Suites Indio - Coachella Valley

We had a blast here. The staff were really friendly, and the hotel was clean with modern decor. We stayed during the earthquake and figured this might be the safest building in the city since it's so new.

Clean and comfortable stay at WoodSpring Suites. The service stood out most, especially Jaeden at the front desk. He was super helpful and accommodating, what a nice young man!

For the price I was willing to pay for one night, I wasn't happy. All night the room lights kept turning on, so I had to get up and switch them off. I didn't call the front desk because I thought maintenance would need to come into the room. I later found out there were two switches to keep the lights from coming on. I hadn't known how the sensor lights worked. When I arrived, the toilet was running and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain. I asked the front desk for help, and maintenance got the toilet working temporarily. They asked if I'd pushed the sink stopper down, since it pops back up to drain. I didn't know sinks worked that way, as if every guest would already know.

Jaden at the front desk was a lot of fun to talk to and gave us some great suggestions. The rooms were quiet, the place was clean and easy to get to, and it was really good value.
