The service was kind and attentive, and the location worked really well: free parking, about 5 minutes from LAX, and 20 minutes or less from Sunset and Downtown LA. It’s wheelchair friendly, too. The room isn’t fancy, but it had what I needed, including cable, WiFi, a fridge, microwave, dresser, bathroom, and a cozy bed. For the price, having those basics and being comfortable mattered more to me than a fancy room.

I paid $180 for one night and got no refund. The place looked nothing like the photos, and I’d give it zero stars if I could. Room 59 had cockroaches, a gas smell, broken lamps, and cigarette-burned blankets. The whole property was filthy inside and out, and the rooms smelled like marijuana. One of the worst places I’ve ever been.

The man in the office was nice, helpful, and attentive. When I told him the room was dirty, he had the cleaning lady come by, though it still wasn’t clean afterward. My family and I booked late because we hadn’t planned our LA trip well, and this was the only affordable option. I regret staying here and wish we’d spent the money elsewhere. I’m still hoping we didn’t bring roaches or bed bugs home. The room was far from comfortable: roaches everywhere, dusty floors, stained and dirty bedding, and a shower that was dirty and stained. There were cigarette butts on and in the toilet. Even though our room was meant to be smoke free, it smelled like smoke. It looked as if the room hadn’t been cleaned in years, yet people were still being put in it. This is the dirtiest place I’ve stayed, and it’s not kid friendly. If you have children, stay somewhere else and spend the extra money. I usually don’t leave negative reviews or criticize someone’s business, but I was extremely disappointed. I used to live in LA and still visit often. I didn’t expect much, but nearby places I’ve stayed were clean and maintained, so I at least expected a comfortable room.

My wife and I spent five minutes in the room, grabbed our things, and left because it was so disgusting. The bed, couches, kitchen, shower, and bathroom were all dirty, and the sink was dyed pink. There were roaches, too. It looked even worse than the photos I took. The man working there acted shocked, but he must know what the rooms are like. This was the worst motel I’ve seen. They need to replace management or close the place. Don’t waste your time.
