We only ended up getting a room at 6:00 am, after spending six hours sleeping in our rental with no reply and no sense of urgency. Before arriving late, we had contacted the motel and were told they'd accommodate us after check-in time and that we should ring the doorbell. But 45 minutes after that call, the place was empty, nobody answered the bell or our repeated calls, and we left voicemails. The front door was wide open. Expedia helped us explain the situation and our frustration; every other hotel had said check-in wasn't possible until the next morning. First impressions were a nightmare. Once we got in, it was okay, just somewhere to lay your head. No deposit was needed, and having amenities close by was great. It's near the So-FI stadium, so if you arrive on time and don't need fancy beds, it may work. I'd only stay again in a pinch, since the venue was close.

We spent about two weeks here with family and had a good time. The location is a little weird, but that's nothing to do with the motel. I definitely recommend the place and its staff. Thanks.

The place looked decent on the website, but our experience was horrible. It smelled bad, the tub was off-white, and it didn't seem like they used bleach. There weren't any towels or toilet paper until I asked the woman at the front desk, who acted mad, as if I should have brought my own. People were arguing loudly and slamming doors. Just awful. Please look elsewhere and don't waste your money there!

The rooms were nice, clean, and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I accidentally booked a smoking room, but they quickly switched me to non-smoking for free. Good option if you're on a budget. I do wish they had Do not disturb signs for the doors. There's no elevator, so guests on the second floor have to carry bags up the stairs, though there aren't many.

The service was warm and friendly, and the room was very large, clean, and in good repair. The bed was comfortable too. It worked well for me because it was fairly close to the airport and car rentals.
