American Inn & Suites LAX

Laura & Kumar were so welcoming, and the customer service was outstanding. The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the price felt more than fair. Easy five stars for me. I'd return to this American Inn & Suites without hesitation!

I felt safe and comfortable the whole time, and it was quieter than I expected for somewhere so close to the airport and a busy road. The Intuit Dome was an easy walk, with plenty of food options nearby. The place was clean and had everything I needed. It's all freshly renovated, with new AC units, flatscreen TVs, bathrooms, and more. A very nice couple recently took over and are still planning additions. They went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. This place is a hidden gem for now, and I hope I can stay here on my next LA trip.

The turn in comes up fast right after the light, and there's room for only one vehicle, so approach carefully. If the turn will be on your left, get into the turning lane as soon as you cross the light. The rooms were clean and a good size. We parked in front by the entrance, and the camera at the check-in window made it feel safer. Rooms nearer the road are noisy, so I wouldn't recommend them for light sleepers. Staff were nice and said late arrival was fine, but call ahead to confirm.

Freshly renovated rooms that were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. I have no complaints about them. Just know that outside noise carries: I could hear planes, police, and ambulances. I'm a heavy sleeper, so it didn't bother me, but this wouldn't suit a light sleeper.
