A refreshing little mom-and-pop motel, with a friendly feel and clean rooms. We liked the atmosphere, and there’s a nice small restaurant next door serving homemade food.

The bed was clean and comfortable, which matters most to us, and the room was large. Still, the layout was awkward enough that we both bumped into the bed’s corner. It looked like some renovations had been done, but the painting seemed careless, and the tub and shower weren’t inviting. At check-in I felt like a bother, since nobody said an extra word to us.

After kayaking against the winds in crystal river, my old bones were ready for a really comfortable, clean bed, and this one delivered. It’s definitely dated, but the service, price, and Old Florida look and ambience were lovely. Super clean and extremely comfortable. Thank you Patel family! 💕 🙏

This place is horrible!! The rooms are nasty, and the beds are hard as a rock. We got the room and the AC wasn’t on, even though it was 100 degrees outside! Do not recommend!!
