Extended Stay America Suites Richmond Glen Allen Short Pump

I was here for a surgery appointment, and it was close to everything I needed. My two bedroom unit was roomy and bright, with a full kitchen. The area was quiet, the rates were affordable, and the staff were helpful. I left my backpack behind, but manager Steven Patterson helped get it shipped back to me. The staff were great, and I'd recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel, with lots of choices. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything in it. The desk staff were pleasant, professional, and quick to help. I'll stay here whenever I visit Richmond, and would definitely recommend it.

We were moving from Tucson to the Richmond area and stayed for four days while we looked for a home. My husband, our old English Lab, and I found the room clean, well kept, and very nice. What really made it memorable, though, was how welcoming everyone was. They were always ready to help and greeted us with a hello whenever they saw us. Their warmth made a cross-country move feel fun and exciting. Thank you!

We spent over a month in a two bedroom apartment at Towne Place Suites while between homes, and it was a great value. There was plenty of space, with a kitchen, living room and pull-out sofa, plus two bedrooms. The cleaning staff kept it very clean and were helpful whenever we needed something. The location worked well, just off Broad street, close to Short Pump mall, and not far from downtown Richmond. Breakfast was nice, and our kids enjoyed the pool, which opens at 10 and stays open into the evening. Monique and the whole staff were friendly and quick to accommodate us. We have family nearby and will keep coming back.
