What made this stay special was how kind and welcoming the owners were, from the moment I arrived. They paid real attention to whether I felt comfortable, and brought a personal warmth that larger hotels can't replicate. You can tell they take pride in their work and value their guests. That kind of hospitality is rare and much appreciated. Thank you, John and Ashima, for making my visit so positive. I'd gladly come back and recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a place where people treat you with care.

The owners treated us like family, and their warmth and care are why I'd happily stay again. They clearly put their hearts into running the place, and the cozy, down-to-earth atmosphere makes up for the average facilities if that's what you value over luxury. Thanks to them for a memorable visit. The building is showing its age, the decor feels dated, and the property is pretty basic. If you're after a sleek modern resort with luxury amenities, this may not be the place for you.

The exterior looked so scary that we didn't even go inside. I booked based on the photos and reviews, so don't get fooled like I did. The price is good, but I was just an hour short of getting a refund. Losing the money was worth the peace of mind. It didn't meet the IHG standards I've experienced elsewhere.

I normally sleep terribly in hotels, but got good sleep all week here. John and his family were so accommodating and treated us like family. I'd definitely stay again.
