Quality Inn Airport - Southeast

The motel is clean and nice, and only $10-15 more than the super nasty nearby motel6 with toxic mold and roaches. But the front desk charges double the online price, so you have to book online. Super annoying and makes no sense.

The manager didn’t seem to care about any of the problems. Both rooms were dirty, and the curtains in the first one wouldn’t close. I paid the deposit in cash so my card wouldn’t be tied up for two weeks, but the clerk charged the card anyway, and that takes 10-14 days to refund. Absolutely garbage hotel. Hell will freeze over before I stay here again.

They didn’t mention before booking through booking.com that they’d hold my card for the deposit for three to seven days. A customer should be told that up front. When I got there, no one let me into the front office for over 30 minutes. I rang the help bell more than three times, then had to call the front desk phone to get their attention. It was very late, we were exhausted, and we needed help. We’d called to make sure they knew we were booking and would arrive in 30 minutes, so there shouldn’t have been a wait. I’m really disappointed with the visit. She told me the room would be $85, took my card, then said there’d also be a $100 deposit. Worst decision ever.

We paid $64 a night, but Motel 6 might have been a better choice. The inn was empty, yet we got a second-floor room right between the staircases. It smelled moldy and stale. We switched rooms, and the new one had lights that didn’t work and a clogged toilet. Low quality place.
