Courtyard Irvine Spectrum

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept, and I found it easy to relax there. What stood out most was the staff. They were friendly and professional from the moment I arrived, and went out of their way to make me feel at home. I had a really pleasant stay at Courtyard and would definitely recommend it for its comfort and service.

The staff were super friendly, and the room layout was thoughtful. The queen beds were bigger than standard hotel beds, and there were enough nightstands with outlets for everyone to charge a phone and set their things down. There was also a corner chair and a nice desk area. The pool and hot tub were great, and they had mini golf and ping pong too. This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at, and it’s become a favorite. After Irvine we went to San Diego and stayed at Legacy Resort and Spa. I was disappointed to find a Courtyard by Marriott right next door, since I would have much rather stayed there. I’d highly recommend this hotel over the others.

The staff really made this beautiful hotel special. Jesse, Daniel, and Tiffany at the front desk were incredibly helpful. Daniel drove us to the Irvine Spectrum shops and restaurants in the free shuttle, and Tiffany picked us up when we were done. They also arranged a late checkout smoothly. Even the cleaning staff made a point of greeting us and helping us feel welcome. I loved swimming in the pool, which is about half an Olympic size and has straight lanes that are great for laps. The gym was top-tier, with plenty of free weights and a good range of machines. We enjoyed the outdoor features too, especially the hot tub, fire pits, cornhole, and ping pong. Breakfast was another highlight: the team offered gluten-free toast with my scrambled eggs and bacon, and I had a delicious Caesar salad at the Bistro one evening. My only complaint is that the bistro isn’t open for lunch. It’s a wonderful place to bring your family, and I’d definitely come back.

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. Breakfast at the cafe was tasty, and the free iced water by the desk came in handy. The laundry service is adorable. It’s a safe neighborhood, and the 10-minute walk to Spectrum is a big plus. The outdoor pool and fire place are must-visits.
