The digital room key worked, but that was the only real bright spot. The shower barely had any pressure, and the flimsy tub hardware made it almost impossible to adjust the temperature. I had to turn it all the way cold, pull the lever, then wait five or six minutes for hot water, which came out in a trickle and was hard to cool back down. Most of the ice machines were broken, so I had to track down the working one on the fourth floor. Some floors just had machine parts lying around. The printer had apparently been broken for a while, and when I needed meeting documents printed, nobody offered another option. The whole property needs updating, especially basic maintenance, and it doesn't meet the Hampton Inn standard. There are plenty of other hotels nearby, so I'd strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

The front desk gentleman was so helpful and polite. His upbeat attitude really made a difference. The room was tidy and clean, though the property feels a little dated. There are plenty of snacks and drinks in the front area. The gym is small, with an elliptical, a treadmill, a Peloton, and some weights.

For a family of four, this place was a great value and I'd happily come back. The staff were consistently helpful, and breakfast was a highlight. More seating and a bigger serving area would make breakfast easier. I also wish there were another light near the corner with the air conditioner.

The rooms were plain but clean, and housekeeping did a good job. My sister booked three rooms for our family for three nights, but check-in started off badly. The man at the desk was rude and made no effort to welcome us. Someone ahead of us seemed to be having a rough time with him too. My sister also said the AC in her room was really loud. Breakfast was good, though the hotel could use some upgrades.

Shelbi and everyone on staff were warm, sweet, and so generous with their care. The hotel was really clean and had a cozy, homey feel, which made our stay special. We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come back.
