Sandman Signature Dallas Las Colinas Hotel & Suites

We thought we’d stay just one night, but ended up spending four, thanks to the service. Pelagie welcomed us at check-in and gave us a thorough introduction to the hotel and its amenities. On day two, Derik was warm and helpful with breakfast choices in the cafe, and gave us local suggestions when we asked. Madison and Mecole made us feel at home too, chatting and laughing with us like old friends, and sharing recommendations we tried and enjoyed. They never rushed the conversation. Valeria was pleasant as well. This was my first stay at a Sandman Signature Hotel & Suites, and the experience makes me want to come back. The whole visit was great, and I’d recommend this hotel again and again. Thanks to everyone for making us feel so welcome.

I stopped by Sandman Signature Las Colinas to see the new hotel and had a wonderful visit. Madison greeted me warmly, made me comfortable right away, and took time to answer all my questions. She introduced me to Sales Manager Sterling, who was personable and gave me a full tour of the property. The gift bag he gave me at the end was a lovely surprise. Mecole at the front desk was kind and pleasant too. The whole team showed wonderful hospitality and made the visit memorable. I’m excited to see what comes next for this beautiful new hotel.

The grand suite was so nice for our staycation. The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, and the shower was great. The tub was huge, big enough for both of us. Service was great too, and The Tavern, which is connected to the hotel, had amazing food. We’ll definitely stay again soon. If you’re passing through the area, this place is worth a stop.

We loved the room: good sound insulation, so we couldn’t hear the neighbors, a Euro rain shower, fuzzy robes, and a comfortable bed and pillows. The grounds and decor were lovely, the location was perfect, and there was a great heated pool and hot tub. The attached restaurant and bar also had a late-night happy hour. Customer service was top notch. The one thing I wish the room had was a lotion dispenser. I like to put lotion on after a shower and had assumed there’d be some, so I didn’t bring any. Otherwise, it was an amazing stay, and we’ll be back.
