The Pines at Island Park

We rented several private cabins for a family reunion and had a carefree, wonderful time. The Pines provides all the amenities we needed, and the hot tub was clean and easy to use. It’s a great place to stay, and we’ll surely be back.

The snowmobiling was incredibly fun, with amazing terrain and gorgeous views, and the deal was a steal. We also felt welcome at the cabin and lodge restaurant. Our cabin was spacious and comfortably decorated, with a private feel among the trees, and the hot tub had the best views of the stars. Breakfast at the restaurant was a delicious home-cooked meal, served with local hospitality. It snowed for almost our entire trip, and whenever my car needed pushing out, someone was ready to help. The staff were so accommodating and easygoing. A winter wonderland stay with a luxurious cabin and a wonderful outdoor setting. I can’t wait to return.

We’ve been coming here once a year since I was growing up, and I’ve always enjoyed our stays. The cabins have roomy layouts, plenty of comfortable beds, a nice kitchen and bathrooms, plus a couch, TV, hot tub, and outdoor grill. My only gripe is that some kitchen items are missing or need replacing. On our last visit, for example, we couldn’t find any measuring cups while making dinner. I’d still give it 5 stars, but they should check each cabin and replace the missing things.
