I spotted deer grazing on acorns in the wooded area by the parking lot, a nice little bit of nature to enjoy. The whole property is clean and well kept, and the peaceful setting is great for quiet rest and relaxation. There’s a kid friendly pool onsite, and beach access is a big plus. I’d happily vacation here again. 😊👍⛵
The large condo we stayed in had lovely rooms and a great oceanfront view, and the beach was an extremely short walk away. There could be a few more parking spaces, but I can see how hard it would be to add them, so I’m not complaining. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
It’s still a very nice place, and the upkeep is handled well. But over the years, prices across the whole Wild Dunes complex have started to feel a bit inflated for what you get. Longtime contributors, owners, and guests seem to agree that, whatever their means, nobody wants to leave feeling they paid unreasonably much for the experience.
I absolutely love Ocean Club. I’ve been selling there for over a decade because it’s hard to find condos with this kind of luxury anywhere along the Charleston coast. :)
At the end of the island, this is a beautiful, peaceful spot with plenty of privacy.
