As a Marriott Gold member for more than 12 years, I’ve been loyal to the brand, but this was easily my worst Marriott stay. I asked for a room with a decent view and got a window facing only the parking lot, with almost no natural light. Maybe one or two rooms are worse, while about 99% have a better view. The hotel wasn’t full, with at least 25% of rooms empty, and I was told other rooms were available, but no change was offered. It felt deliberate and dismissive toward a longtime loyal customer. I saw no transparency, care, or respect for Marriott members, and wouldn’t recommend the hotel.

The breakfast was clean, tasty, and great. Front desk staff were very nice and let me check in a bit early. The room cleanliness was another story: there were blood stains on my sheets, and body hairs on the toilet seat and in the sink. That grossed me out. I also didn’t appreciate paying almost $20 a day for parking. It should be part of the stay.

The location is handy, right off the freeway and near shopping malls, and I’d stay here again. The rooms were nice and spacious, with a walk-in closet. Customer service was great, and they offered extra information without me even asking.

We had a suite with two beds and a pullout couch, with room to sleep six comfortably. The rooms were super clean, breakfast was solid and included, and the fitness center was good for a hotel. Great place to stay, and the location is great.

If you're heading to Snoqualmie to ski or run a race, this is a good place to stay. The property is clean and well run.
