10/10
Lodging choices in Ithaca can be limited, but stay here and you’re set. It’s a great property with friendly staff. “Spike” will take care of you at breakfast, the most important meal of the day. The rooms are modern and updated. 10 of 10. Time for bed.

Room 407 had an amazing window view, and the hotel was very clean and looked well managed. We stayed one night from Jan 10-11, three people with two service dogs. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of variety, and the customer service was fantastic. The coffee machine at reception was broken, though I expect they’ll fix it as soon as possible. There was no EV charger in the huge underground parking.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were big and clean. The shower and water pressure were good. There’s an on-site restaurant that’s pretty good, with valet and self-parking available. Great hotel, right by downtown Ithaca Commons, with shops and restaurants close enough to walk to.

8/10
The location beside the Ithaca Commons is ideal, with shops and restaurants nearby, and I’d stay again. There was a slight elderly-home smell in the room, but otherwise it was very nice. There’s no free breakfast included, though there is a restaurant in the lobby. You can generally expect a Mariott to be nice.

A very nice, clean hotel with the essentials in working order in the rooms. The ground floor has a nice hotel bar and restaurant that’s usually open, and the amenities are solid. Customer service was reliable, though staffing didn’t seem consistent.
