Comfort Suites West Jacksonville

The eggs and sausage are always half cooked. I'm disgusted by this stay and hate that my husband spent his money here. We won't be back. I've stayed several times, and the front desk clerks have always been friendly and helpful, but even though we were reluctant this time, we stayed anyway. The water had little to no pressure, and the bed made a horrible noise every time I moved or got in or out. The doors lock from 10 PM to 6 AM, so after hours you have to take the long way into the building, which doesn't feel safe. This time the elevators went out, so we had to use the stairs and go outside to reach the entrance, lobby, breakfast, or coffee. There's another door that should let you in without going to the front entrance, but it never works, and you still have to go outside to get to it. The place is horrible, with no benefits to staying here. Did I mention it was 26 degrees outside?

The rooms were nice and clean, and I enjoyed my stay. Every front desk agent was awesome, friendly, and very accommodating.

Paying that much is hard to justify. The elevator sometimes fails, and then you have to use stairs that lead outside. They claim to offer breakfast, but there really isn't any, which is ridiculous.

I had a comfortable, quiet stay in a clean room. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't say anything about it.
