Suburban Extended Stay Hotel Camp Lejeune

There are lots of Marines staying here, and the property is nice, spacious, with ample parking and a swimming pool. We’ve been working here for almost three months and choose Suburban whenever we’re in Jacksonville. We’ve never had a single issue, and the staff are always accommodating, whether they’re bringing fresh linens or pointing us toward good places to eat. Rachel at the front desk is absolutely amazing and the right person for the job. 10/10 recommend.

Frankie is now the manager, and she’s the best. Rachel at the day front desk is friendly and easy to get along with, and Cody, the fill-in GM, and Frankie helped me while I was buying my house. The whole team made our stay and move into the new place much easier. My family and I stayed here almost two years until we bought our house. When we first arrived there was a bad roach problem, but Janell (GM) made changes: the trash closets were closed, and extended-stay guests had to take their own trash to the dumpster. An extermination company sprayed the whole building weekly until the roaches were gone. I went through a few managers during our time here. Thank you all for everything. Mike

People have been so nice since I moved here, I’d never seen anything like it. I love everybody there. My family and I have been living here for a little while, and they make us feel comfortable. I even bought my kids some things for Christmas. It’s been a GREAT FRESH START !!

The rooms are clean every time, with plenty of space for my service dog to burn off energy. The beds are cheaply made, but you get what you pay for, and they’re comfortable and clean, which matters. The coffee is somehow the best in town, lol. I highly recommend it for a good night’s rest and to feel safe. Frankie, the manager, is kind, helpful, and a gem to the organization. Rachel is an amazing sweetheart who’s always ready to help, and the young woman on the night desk is great too, though I didn’t get her name. Update: the GM said my service dog doesn’t “look like one” and threatened to charge me. I personally dare him to violate my disability rights. I’m keeping the five stars because Frankie is a five-star manager.
