We paid over $200, which felt extremely overpriced. We were in town for a state basketball game and there were no other rooms unless we drove to Bismarck or Fargo. The room had a dirty towel on the bathroom door and the clothing rack was lying on the floor. It was extremely hot when we arrived. The sheets and mattress protector were stained, so I couldn't tell whether the room had been cleaned. The lobby smelled like a badly maintained aquarium, possibly with dead fish, and the whole hotel had a very strong curry smell at 1am and again at 8am.

I spent a few weeks at the Days Inn in Jamestown, ND while on a travel contract, and felt like we were treated as family. The owner and his wife spoke with us personally every day. He was friendly and helpful, making sure we had what we needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the price was very affordable. It's close to a shopping center with everything you might need. If I travel back to North Dakota, I'd absolutely stay with them again.

The breakfast selection was limited: two kinds of bread, a bagel, cereal, yogurt, banana, coffee, milk, or juice. It was very clean, though. This is a motel from the late 1960s or early 1970s, but it's been exceptionally well cared for. Everything was clean and in very nice shape. Keep up the good work.

I travel often for John Deere to manufacturing plants around the country, and this was one of my best hotel stays. I was in Jamestown for three days while visiting Valley City, and the quiet setting made it easy to rest and focus after work. The recent renovation is clear in the spotless, modern rooms, which are designed with comfort and convenience in mind. The staff were welcoming and professional and made everything go smoothly. I'd recommend it for business or leisure, and I'll be back next time I'm in the area.
