After a rough time with both my car and air travel, the innkeepers were far kinder and more helpful than I could have expected. The house is beautiful, decorated with real elegance but still comfortable, and breakfast was generous and delicious. I stay at B&Bs on most trips, and this is easily my favorite in the U.S. Jamul Haven is a great fit for a San Diego visit or a quiet California getaway. I highly, HIGHLY recommend it.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the restored Victorian house and grounds are beautiful. This feels like a place to make a destination of, not just somewhere to pass through. What more could you ask for?
