Hampton Inn Jefferson City at Capital Mall

The people who checked us in were fabulous, but the Assistant Operations Manager's treatment of us was awful. We complained about staff cleaning the halls with cords stretched across them, and laundry workers outside our room talking at 6:30 to 7 a.m. with doors propped open and making noise. The manager argued with us, acted unprofessionally, and then lied to guest relations on the phone. We paid a lot and lost sleep because of staff, only to be treated this way. I wouldn't recommend staying here because of how this Assistant Operations Manager treated customers.

The Hampton inn staff were very friendly. They let me check into my room early and gave me a few essentials I'd forgotten to pack. The vending machine prices were reasonable, $1.25 for candy or chips and $2 for bottled soda. Sign up for Hilton Honors for your stay.

Lindsey, Linda, and even little Sophie were wonderful, so helpful and kind. My plans changed and I unexpectedly had to leave town early to stay at a different Hampton. They made the last-minute change much easier to deal with. I appreciate all of you. Thanks again!

I loved sitting in the lobby with my laptop, and the breakfast was so good that I went back for seconds, something I've never done at a continental breakfast before. The seasoned potatoes and churro waffles were a great way to start the day. Alex was running breakfast and was sweet and professional. The hotel was clean, and parking was very easy. Thanks for the hospitality, Alex and the Hampton team. I'll tell my family to stay here when they visit from Arkansas.
