I don’t usually complain, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was mostly clean. But I was charged for damage I know I didn’t cause, and I reluctantly paid. The manager was very hard to reach, didn’t seem to care or believe me, and had already made up his mind. He wouldn’t offer even a partial refund. Before checking in, document any existing damage carefully. Take pictures, check the outlets, and report loose headboards or other small issues, even if they seem unimportant.

The young woman who checked me in around 5 pm on 2/23/26 was so pleasant and gave great customer service. My room was really nice, and the hotel was very clean. I’ll definitely be back. ❤️❤️

For a work trip, the quick, friendly staff and good room rates made this a useful place to stay. The rooms were very good, and I appreciated having a hot breakfast, though the food wasn’t very good. The coffee wasn’t bad for a hotel, at least. I’d probably choose somewhere else for a vacation, but this location works well for business.

The hotel was clean and in pretty good shape, but it was tough trying to communicate with staff who didn’t speak English well. I also wasn’t given a printout showing what I’d agreed to pay for the room. Then they charged another $50 to my card in case I broke something. I’ll look for another hotel chain next time.

I tried to cancel just a few hours after the cancellation window and got very little understanding. It was mostly my fault, but a lot of hotels aren’t quite so rigid about their cancellation policies. This one was incredibly inflexible.
