Econo Lodge Jennings

After one night of our two-night booking, we’re going elsewhere. The room smelled, the door didn’t seal when closed, the A/C couldn’t be regulated, and the beds had squeaky springs. People outside were noisy well past midnight. If you need a quiet, restful night, avoid this place. We booked through one of those companies and learned a lesson: they don’t know these places, and an affordable nonrefundable rate isn’t worth it. I’d rather have lost the money and slept elsewhere. It would have taken more sound machines, with jet-engine noise, and more sleeping pills to get through that night. This isn’t a joke. Shame on you Econo Lodge in Jennings, FL.

I stay here often when I visit Jennings Gp, which is only five minutes away. The staff are friendly and the beds are comfortable, but the floors always feel slick. The rooms badly need repairs and paint. Before the new owners, the rooms were kept up better, and then I’d give it five out of five. As it is, the room condition is why I’m giving three.

We had no complaints and would definitely stay again. The staff were helpful and friendly, the parking lot was well lit, and the room was clean and stocked. The heat and A/C worked great, and the water got nice and hot, though the pressure was only okay. The tub had grout splatter and the painting near the ceiling was rough, so it looked unfinished, but those details don’t matter much if you just need a clean place to sleep. There’s only a gas station and RV lot at this exit. For a budget motel where you can get a good night’s sleep, it deserves five stars.

We checked in around 9 pm on Monday, September 8, 2025. Becky at the front desk was extremely nice, professional, and always smiling. The room was clean and in great condition. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
