A quiet, very clean place. The units have good equipment, and lots of different venues are just a few minutes away.

Riverwatch Apartments made a great home away from home for my week’s stay, even better than I expected and true to the positive reviews. It’s much more than a motel room with just a bedroom and bathroom. I’m fussy, and it checked every box for me. Customer service was excellent. The team answered my questions quickly and were very friendly and accommodating. I met Ari, the property manager, who was easy to talk to and clearly wanted to make my stay comfortable. I appreciated having an assigned parking spot, so I knew one would be there whenever I returned. The keyless entry was convenient, and without a housekeeping schedule I could come and go freely without worrying about someone entering my room. I did unplug some plug-in air fresheners because strong scents and perfumes bother me. My apartment was beside the guest courtyard, and as a non-smoker I didn’t like the cigarette and weed smells from other guests, though thankfully they didn’t get inside. I’d happily stay here again and will put it at the top of my list when I return to visit family in Florida.

The apartment was immaculate, and Bella, the property manager who also cleaned, was incredibly helpful and a great source for local information. It’s centrally located, close to everything. We were pleasantly surprised and had an excellent four-night stay. Thank you!

Lowkl has a terrible reputation around Miami, and I’d suggest looking it up. This place is okay if you have no other choice, but there are much better options nearby if you can pay a little more. The management lives on the property but acts as if they don’t, while broken things and what I see as shady business practices go unaddressed. There may not be an office, as the signs say, but management is on site watching the cameras and seems to choose which issues and people to deal with, sometimes playing dumb or ignoring problems. One cleaning lady lives here with five or six kids 😂. Also, none of the windows have locks. One had screws drilled into it, and the rest had no locks at all. You can judge for yourself.
