The made-to-order eggs at breakfast were a real plus, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. We found the room clean and the beds comfortable. The price was about $50 to $70 less than similar hotels in Twin Falls, which made it a great value. The carpets could use a cleaning, though.

The room was roomy and clean, and the staff were friendly. Its location is handy for several food options, though there was plenty of traffic noise outside overnight. The property seems older and is showing some wear, and having no elevator in a two-story building is inconvenient. The bed was the least comfortable I've slept on in a long time. If you prefer a firm mattress, you may like it, but I tossed and turned trying to get comfortable.

This was my second stay, partly because it's close to the freeway and costs less than places in Twin Falls. I booked a king room with my pet two weeks ahead, and as a Platinum member I asked whether it was on the ground floor. I was told the ground-floor king rooms were sold out, then we were given a double queen instead. I would have expected the room type I reserved to be kept for me as a Platinum member. There is no elevator.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were pleasant. We were passing through Jerome, Idaho, and this was a great spot just off the highway. There are several places to eat nearby, and Walmart Supercenter is right across the road, so we could restock water and snacks. Breakfast is free and includes omelettes made to order.
