Comfort Inn & Suites Jerome - Twin Falls

It's about a 10-minute drive to Twin Falls, with the interstate very close by. There are only two fuel stations and a couple of fast-food places within walking distance, but the spot works well if you want quick access to I-84 or want to avoid Twin Falls traffic and noise. The rooms were clean, and breakfast was hot and nice. I noticed some minor wear in the room, thin walls, and internet that logs you out after your device has been inactive too long.

I stopped here on the way to Vegas and had a five-star stay. The gas service was good, and the hot Jacuzzi bath was a nice follow-up. Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. The Comfort Inn at Twin Falls lived up to its name, and I'd recommend it for travel needs.

Breakfast had a nice range of good options and set us up well for the day. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and both the lobby and our room were clean and nicely decorated. The price was good, although there was an extra charge for paying by credit card.

When our vehicle locks froze after temperatures fell below 20 degrees, Amanda at checkout went out of her way to see how she could help. She even contacted Joe from maintenance to ask what he could do, and we're very grateful we were able to get on the road. Caitlyn had also made check-in a great experience. The room was very clean and spacious, the dining area was a good size, and breakfast had choices for everyone. The location is ideal, with plenty of parking. Customer service here sets the standard.
