DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Suites Jersey City

I called before booking with some questions and spoke to a woman whose name I wish I remembered. She was so nice that her kindness was a big reason I made the booking. Later, I needed to update it and spoke with Kale. That was honestly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, in any setting. He was incredibly kind and went above and beyond to help with our upcoming trip. I wanted to make sure his effort was noticed, and hope one of his bosses sees this and it makes a difference for him. In all my years as a customer, few interactions have been so pleasant and positive. Thank you, Kale!

We came for a Broadway show, and this was our second stay at the DoubleTree. It’s a short walk to the PATH train, then you can transfer to the subway uptown. The room was what you’d expect from a hotel, with comfortable beds. Kale welcomed us Friday night and remembered my name when we saw him Saturday. He was kind and made us feel important. The staff were exceptional, and we’ll look to stay here again on our next city trip.

Kale’s warmth and kindness made my arrival at the DoubleTree in Jersey City memorable. I hope everyone who stays there gets to be welcomed by him. DoubleTree already has a strong reputation, but having Kale on the team adds so much value. A night’s stay might be ordinary, but his greeting turned it into something I’ll remember for a lifetime.

Latoya made a real difference during my stay. She was welcoming from the start, attentive, professional, and always ready to help. The room was comfortable and well kept, and the whole place had a pleasant feel. I had a fantastic time here and would gladly come back. I highly recommend it.
