Anyone stuck living there longer term, and it sounds like they're forced to, gets treated as if they're beneath management. Mail is returned or thrown away, and the reviewer says staff sabotage housing assistance and even steal identities. Don't let them fax paperwork or see personal information. The reviewer also says management lies about online bookings, claiming people can't book that way because they don't want guests paying less or getting deals, then making them pay cash so she can pocket the money. Rooms have roaches, and some reportedly have bed bugs. This was the worst place ever. Better off going to Bordentown if you can.

Someone in the next room started blasting rap music around 1 am. It went on for about an hour, which wasn't exactly helpful when I was trying to get a good night's sleep.

I hired this place for a contractor, and it was a huge mistake. The rooms don't get cleaned. The towels, blankets, and sheets all stay the same. You're better off sleeping in your car or on the streets. Don't waste your money.

I visited my friend after she checked in, before she'd even spent a night there, and was shocked by the room. The carpet was torn up, the TV didn't work, the sheets were filthy, and there was food on dirty walls. The place is being used for temporary housing for displaced people, and I feel so bad for her. There were roaches too. What a horrible, filthy place. I'll report them to the state health department. Please stay clear!
