The room was filthy, and when I complained at the front desk, I still had to ask for extra towels. There wasn’t even soap in the room. They later charged us $50 to clean it, claiming we’d stained an already clean floor, if you know what I mean. The pool was filthy, the hot tub was worse, and the building felt dirty and very unprofessional. There was no real continental breakfast, so I had to cross the street to buy orange juice for my diabetic wife. The rates may be cheap, but you get what you get. If you want a hodgey mart, this is the place. They should turn it into Jefferson County’s animal shelter. Terrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone or even leave my dog here.

For what we paid, the treatment was low class. My job rented six rooms for ten days, and not once did they change our sheets or clean the rooms. Getting clean towels was sometimes difficult, and the staff were rude. Breakfast was trash too, with no hot food or meat, just waffles and oatmeal. Nobody should spend a dollar here. We won’t be back.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, although it was a long way from the TV. Check-in went smoothly, and the man made sure my paid noon late checkout was arranged. But at about 11:15 the next morning, while I was carrying things to our vehicle, the front desk woman walked into our room as my girlfriend was getting out of the shower. It shocked her and made her feel extremely uncomfortable. As the woman left, I was coming down the hall and she asked why I was still there. I explained that I’d paid for late checkout, but she said it wasn’t in the system and walked away. My girlfriend felt so uneasy that we left soon after and didn’t use the full checkout time. I don’t know where the communication broke down, but we won’t stay again if staff might walk in at any time.

The early check-in was great, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. We skipped breakfast, but they were helpful when we got coffee. Mada' at the front desk was a godsend. My husband’s trouser alterations were a disaster, and she helped us fix them with a needle and thread. She also had safety pins for my dress since we were there for our daughter’s wedding. We’d have looked like fools without her help. Lol, we’ll definitely stay again.
