Super 8 by Wyndham Joliet

Check-in was quick and easy, with no wait, and the service was fast. Breakfast comes with the stay and had good food. The room had fresh towels and a comfortable mattress, plus a fridge, microwave, TV with local channels, and coffee maker. The shower pressure was good too.

We've come back a couple of times. The rooms are basic, but clean, and the lobby is tidy. Everyone has been polite and welcoming when we've checked in and out. It's close to the Rialto and not far from the casinos.

For a cheap stay, this works well. I paid about 170 for two nights, and the place had been remodeled since my last visit. The room and downstairs were clean, and the person at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms could be a little less cramped, and the motel next door seemed kind of sketchy, but you're close to everything you need. I'd come back to this area and stay here again if I wanted to keep the cost down. There are better choices if you're willing to pay more.

We paid for two queen beds, but they seemed full-sized at best. The cable TV selection was limited, and there appeared to be urine stains on the wall across from the toilet. On Monday, staff were banging on the door right at 11 while we were getting ready to leave. That seemed awfully soon to need the room for the next night.
