We won't book with these people again. Their place was advertised as ski lodging, but the local ski resort wouldn't open until a month after our stay. We tried to cancel a week after the policy's cutoff. At first, the representative seemed understanding and said she'd try to refund us if I canceled right away. I did, then wrote back to say I was frustrated by the misleading listing. She became hostile and said she wouldn't refund anything. We've disputed the charge on our credit card.

I had a great day training for work with Emily, Connie, and Jeremy. They're down to earth, friendly, casual, and fun to be around. There was plenty of work to do, and it's the kind of work I really enjoy. I haven't seen the rentals yet, but the private homes here are really, really nice. June Lake is an amazing, very tiny town with special people and small-town charm. It makes a great place to live and play.

We’ve booked a cabin with Rainbow Ridge twice, and the staff have been so friendly. On one long-weekend trip, I realized after we reached June Lake that I’d booked the wrong dates. They still helped us find a place to stay. What could’ve been a vacation disaster turned into a white Christmas at June Lake. We’d happily go back again.

We’ve rented from Rainbow Ridge Realty several times, and the places have always been clean and nicely decorated. They’re also a successful real estate company handling homes and land around June Lake. The owners and management work hard, and deserve the credit and respect they’ve earned. I’d recommend them to family and friends visiting June Lake, CA.

Check your card after a cancellation refund. I got the full refund, then two months later they charged a few hundred dollars and kept blaming VRBO. After lots of calls, I was still trying to get the unauthorized charge removed. One very sweet woman finally told me it was their mistake and said a refund was being processed. I can’t remember her name. Connie still says it wasn’t their fault. They seem to charge cards at random, so keep an eye on yours.
