Tina welcomed me so warmly at the Silverbow Inn that I felt right at home. I was on a business trip, but next time I come to Juneau I'll probably bring my husband and enjoy the rooftop hot tub together. This boutique-style inn was the best after a nightmare experience at another local hotel. The rooms were clean, cozy, and nicely decorated, and Tina was a joy to talk to.

We appreciated how well Heather and Tina handled the parking snags. Someone had taken our stall when we got back from exploring, and Heather and Tina sorted it out quickly. Later, we couldn't fit in our assigned stall, but Tina already had a workaround. Heather also offered some of her favorite drinks, which was a welcome surprise. Marques could use his wheelchair freely thanks to Heather giving us a first-floor unit and the back-door code. The hot tub was peaceful, and I spent a full hour there on the second morning after grabbing coffee and an English muffin. Before checkout, I got one last soak. Breakfast was another highlight: fresh blueberry scones, coffee, and oatmeal, with Miss Tina explaining the menu options so efficiently. She offered fresh linens, but we were doing fine with what we had. We're grateful for the hospitality at the Silverbow Inn and hope to return.

The inn was away from the crowds, which we really appreciated. We had a wonderful stay, with comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast for three days, and a sparkling clean hot tub we used each night. The location, staff, and amenities were all great.

A cozy lobby, fun decor, and quirky little details gave the place a lot of character. Everything else was great too, from the rooms and hot tub to breakfast and the location. It was super clean, service was great, and we could walk everywhere. We'll definitely stay again.

Breakfast was a treat, especially the single-serving half avocados and egg bites. I had one of the larger king suites, maybe the only option left when I booked, and didn't hear anyone else in the hotel. There were some outdoor sounds, but music drowned them out easily, and they provide earplugs. The location made it easy to walk around Juneau while staying far enough from the cruise ships. The rooftop deck was lovely even in misty rain. I didn't use the hot tub, but the sign-up sheet is a thoughtful touch. It was expensive, though everything in Alaska is, and I felt it was worth it for the character and great service.
