The airport is close by, which helped when I had to walk over through the snow, and the location was great. I stayed two nights last December and it was okay. This time, our room still wasn’t ready well after 3, though it should have been. The elevator was out, and they offered to send an employee along in case it needed to be switched off and back on. I’d expect the front desk staff to be kind and approachable, but that didn’t seem to be a requirement here. Worst Wyndham I’ve visited by far.

After 12 hours of travel and a late flight, I just wanted to get into bed. The room was much too warm, and the thermostat was hanging off the wall, so I didn’t dare touch it. It smelled musty and damp, so I asked to switch rooms, but the other room had the same smell. I probably shouldn’t have expected more from a two-star hotel, but I did.

The shuttle is reliable and convenient, and the staff are always pleasant and easy to deal with. The place isn’t fancy, but it’s clean.
