We really enjoyed the ocean views, surfers, sunsets, and the park next door, and restaurants and shops are an easy walk away. Kona Reef condo B31 was in excellent shape, with a remodeled, upgraded kitchen and flat-screen TVs. It was clean and stocked with the basics, plenty of pool towels, new beach gear, and even two new sets of Callaway golf clubs. The bed was very comfortable, and there were lots of hangers in the closet. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was handy, too. We swam in the pool and used the hot tub most days. There's also a grilling area, so we didn't have to eat at restaurants every time. Wendy, the co-owner, made booking, check-in, and check-out easy. She was friendly and very helpful, and made our vacation special. This condo gets a 10/10 from us, and we can't wait to return.

The owners are great and really helpful with suggestions for things to do and places to visit. I loved spending a week in this beautiful, comfortable condo.
Parking was easy, and there was plenty of good food within walking distance. The condo is amazing and beautifully updated, even better than the pictures, and the hosts were friendly and wonderful. We'll stay here again when we come back to Kona.
Such amazing condos in a great location. I'll definitely be back.
