We stayed in B310 and had an amazing time. The rules seemed reasonable, and we had no issues. We rented a car for lots of activities and walked to a few things, too. I'd highly recommend this place.

We paid far too much for this place during the holiday, and our unit had a lot of problems. There was no hot water in the kitchen or second bathroom, so I showered in cold water every morning. After the third day, I woke with a horrible cough. The fold-out bed was lumpy and slanted, had no sheets, and its mattress pad was stained. Missing blind slats in the living room meant too much light and no privacy around that bed. The plastic cups were all cracked at the bottom and leaked. There was a urine stain around the toilet base, and the refrigerator near the fold-out bed buzzed loudly all night. The pool was green when we woke up, so we couldn't use it. The parking spaces only fit compact cars, and tenants should be told that before booking a rental car. We reported all of this after management emailed asking for a review, but never got a response. The grounds are clean and well kept, and the pool area is nice. Being so close to Ali'i Drive means we can walk there without paying for parking, and Honls beach is five minutes away on foot for sunset watching. Despite the busy road nearby, we barely heard traffic. The garage spaces are tiny and leave almost no room to turn, so don't bring anything bigger than an economy car. The luggage cart is useful, though very ghetto. The walls are paper thin, too. You can hear TVs from the hall and every footstep or loud noise from above, so bring earplugs for sleeping. Otherwise, it's a great place. We rented for a few days through Knutson & Associates.

Clean and well maintained. We'd stay here again.
